Kandungan: Bawang besar, minyak sawit, cili kering, bawang putih, halia, serai, kunyit, lengkuas, asam jawa, belacan, garam, gula dan monosodium glutamat.
Cara-cara memasak: 1. Panaskan kuali dengan api sederhana dan masukkan Pes Asam Pedas Shahid. 2. Tuangkan dua setengah cawan air dan biarkan mendidih. 3. Masukkan 600g ikan/ayam. Gaul hingga rata dan masak selama 15 minit.
Note: Masukkan daun kesum bagi menambah aroma masakan. Simpan di tempat dingin setelah dibuka
Ingredients: Onions, palm oil, dried chillies, garlic, ginger, lemon grass, tumeric, galangal, tamarind, shrimp paste, salt, sugar and monosodium glutamate.
Cooking instructions: 1. Heat up a pot at medium heat and pour in Shahid's Asam Pedas Paste. 2. Pour in two and half cups of water and let simmer. 3. Add in 600g of fish/chicken. Stir well and cook for 15 minutes.
Notes: Add in Vietnamese coriander (Laksa) leaf to enhance the aroma of the dish. Once opened keep refrigerated.
